All of our product prices include delivery costs to the UK mainland. We make an additional postage charge for other destinations.
We send items out every weekday to destinations within the UK and internationally. Large items, such as cues, cases and balls are sent via DHL or ParcelForce. For smaller items we use Royal Mail.
For UK deliveries we use DHL's domestic service, ParcelForce's next day service and Royal Mail's regular first class post.
For overseas deliveries we use DHL's european road and international air services and Royal Mail's international signed for options.
The vast majority of orders arrive the day after shipping. We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, and often much sooner, although sometimes delays do occur. In these instances we'll contact you to keep you informed.
When ordering items additional delivery instructions may be added to the order during the checkout process. We will add these notes to the delivery slip for the courier. They are often able to use this information to know where to leave a package when you are out for instance.
